Well, we went to the Vet. It turns out that the sedative (Acepromazine) I had for Clarence is known to increase the odds of seizure and is not given to dogs with a history of epilepsy. While Clarence had no previous epileptic history, the doc thinks that was most likely the cause. So now Clarence has some Alprazolam (aka Xanax® ) for next time there's a storm.
The vet also took a blood sample to run some tests on and I am supposed to keep a calendar to track when seizures occur, to see how frequent they are if they continue.
