But isn't the selection of movies on "Instant Watch" limited to mostly low-quality programming, like movies like "Ski Patrol", or less popular TV shows...as evidenced by "Coupling" and "Chef!" ;p

At least that's what I've heard from others who have used it.

Nope. There are movies from Starz that rotate through (I am guessing in sync with the Starz cable channel), lots of popular US TV shows (Heroes, 30 Rock, The Office...) and lots of movies that don't rotate through (Bolt, Hancock, Nick & Norah, Wall-E...). Add to that a bunch of older stuff from the black & white era on through the present and you have a pretty extensive collection. Yes, there is crap. But then there's plenty of that in the theaters every day too. Just look at this graph, if the IW content was really that bad, I doubt the growth curve would be that steep.

Personally I doubt I'll use it for recent movies too often, particularly those available on Blu-ray, but for older stuff & TV shows, it's perfect.

& Coupling is pretty good. :P The last season of Chef on the other hand was crap (the first 2 were entertaining).
